Main Features:

Coils: High and Low Voltage coils made from electrolytic copper with 99.99% purity.

Core: Made of oriented grain silicon steel sheets, ensuring reduced losses due to eddy currents.

Enclosure: Made of carbon steel, with surface treatment through abrasive blasting, anti-corrosive protection with primer application, and final painting using the "flooding" system.

Active Part Drying: Performed in an oven, ensuring moisture-free equipment.

Final Assembly: Sealing and filling conducted in a controlled environment.

Final Testing: Conducted with the issuance of respective reports.

Insulation: Mineral oil or special fluids (silicone oil, biodegradable vegetable oil, R-TEMP fluid).
